Who runs the Community

The Little Joe® Community is operated by Drive Int. AG, Pilatusstrasse 28, 6052 Hergiswil NW, Switzerland, registered under UID CHE-479.059.917. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Drive Int. AG, and "you" means the person registering.

Eligibility and age

You must be 18 or over to register. The Community is open in the countries we make it available in, and that list can change. Where we cannot yet offer registration in your country, you can still use the page for information.

Membership and verification

Membership is free. To register you give a first name, an email address and a country. Membership is complete once you confirm your email address using the link we send you. Until you confirm, your registration is not finished.

The bowl offer and its limits

Where an offer is stated as being for the first 100 eligible members in the United States, the following apply:

• US residents only.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Registration must be completed and verified.
• Terms apply.
• While the first 100 eligible claims remain.

When you submit a complete registration a bowl is held for you; it is only secured when you confirm your email within 72 hours, and an unconfirmed hold expires and returns to the pool. You will be contacted by email if an item is allocated to you.

One bowl per person and per household. The bowl is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged. Colour, style and finish depend on availability and may differ from images shown. Fulfilment is handled by Drive International in the United States, and we will ask for a delivery address only after a claim is confirmed, never at registration.

After the first 100

Once the first 100 eligible claims are gone, the bowl offer is closed. Members who register after that point are ordinary Community members. There is no bowl and no discount attached to registering later, and nothing further is owed to you under that offer.

Members outside the United States

You can join the Community from any country where we offer registration. The bowl offer is limited to eligible US residents, so membership outside the United States does not include it. Everything else about membership is the same.

Your member number

Your member number, and any founding member number, are for recognition only. They do not create a right to any item, discount or benefit, and they can be corrected if something was recorded wrongly.

Emails we send you

We send you the emails needed to run your membership, such as confirming your address and telling you about anything allocated to you. Marketing email is separate and optional. It is never a condition of membership, refusing it costs you nothing, and you can withdraw it at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Fair use

Please use the Community as it is meant to be used. We may refuse or cancel a registration, and withdraw anything held or allocated, where we reasonably believe someone has used false details, registered more than once for the same offer, used automated tools, or otherwise tried to take more than their share.

Our brand and content

The Little Joe name and logo, the site, its text, images and films belong to us or to our licensors. You may share and link to the page. You may not copy it, sell it, or use our brand as if it were yours.

Your personal data

How we collect, use and keep your details, and the rights you have over them, are set out in the Privacy Notice. If anything here disagrees with that notice, the Privacy Notice is the one that applies to your data.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. If a change materially affects existing members, we will tell you by email. We will not change the terms of an offer after you have a hold or a confirmed claim under it.

Liability and governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Nidwalden, Switzerland have jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot be set aside by agreement, those rights still apply to you and nothing here takes them away.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you could not reasonably have expected, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
